What this site is

This site presents Villa dos Santos — Country House, registered local accommodation in Rio Caldo, Terras de Bouro, and lets you send an enquiry about information or availability. It is run by the owners of the house.

An enquiry is not a booking

The form sends an availability enquiry. It does not confirm a booking, does not hold dates and involves no payment. A booking exists only once the owners have confirmed the dates, price and conditions in writing and you have accepted that confirmation.

The calendar is indicative

The availability shown is maintained by hand by the owners, who also manage other booking platforms in parallel. It reflects the best information available but may briefly be out of date. Email confirmation always prevails over what the calendar shows.

Prices and stay conditions

Prices, maximum occupancy, minimum stay, check-in and check-out times, the pet policy and cancellation terms are given in the reply to your enquiry and form part of the booking confirmation.

Tourist tax

Since 20 June 2025 the municipality of Terras de Bouro has charged a tourist tax on stays booked between May and October: 1 euro per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. It is charged to guests separately from the price of the stay.

Site content

The photographs are of the house itself and were supplied by the owners. The text, images and visual identity may not be reproduced without permission. We aim for accurate descriptions; small differences arising from improvements to the house are not a breach.

Governing law

Portuguese law applies. Disputes fall to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any consumer rights the law affords you.
